TERMS OF SERVICE

WHAT CAN I DO WITH ENZIO-WARE:
- You are allowed to play the game
- You cannot share, transfer, or sell your account without explicit permission from Team PLC Games. Please contact support if you need to do this.
- You cannot charge people to play the game.
- You must not install Enzio-Ware on public computers, or computers that are accessible only to paying customers.
- Publicly funded libraries and archives do not need to follow this rule as long as access is limited to the number of copies of the game/licenses to play the game you have purchased.
- You may not decompile the game, nor should you share the game or its assets in a decompiled state
- You may not reverse engineer means to grant players in-game items or DLC, nor share these tools with anyone.
- You are allowed to mod the game and share mods for the game, as long as the following conditions are met:
- Your mod does not require redistributing Enzio-Ware or uploading any copyrighted material found within it to third-party services.
- Your mod does not utilized generative AI or require uploading Enzio-Ware’s copyrighted material to AI services
- Mods are allowed to include AI vocals generated by Synthesizer V, Vocaloid, CeVIO, VoiSona, and Maghni AI as long as you are within your legal right to use the voicebank and are complying with its licenses.The engines listed are the only ones allowed as they are closed source and voicebanks are made with consenting voice providers. You may not use Enzio-Ware’s content to make voicebanks for this software.
- Your mod is freely available to the public
- Your mod can be accessible only to patrons of services such as Patreon of Ko-Fi for an early-access period of 1 week, but must be made public immediately after, and stay publicly available for at least 3 months, unless legally obligated to remove it.
- Mods that do not implement the early-access period do not need to stay public for 3 months.
- If you have made original music for the game that does not infringe upon Team PLC Games or Enzio-Ware’s copyrighted material, you are allowed to profit off of your soundtrack as long as “Enzio-Ware” is not in the title of the work, and it is clear it is not a work created by Team PLC Games.
- You are allowed to profit off of ad revenue from your mod’s download page, or from social media posts promoting it.
- You are allowed to collect donations for your mods, as long as it is clear it is not a work created by Team PLC Games.
- Your mod can be accessible only to patrons of services such as Patreon of Ko-Fi for an early-access period of 1 week, but must be made public immediately after, and stay publicly available for at least 3 months, unless legally obligated to remove it.
- Your mod is not pornagraphic, graphic, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise bigoted
- The mod is not made to further the campaign of any political party.
- The mod does not contain ads, malware, or a 1000px x 1000px image of Junko Enoshima from Danganronpa stretched on the x-axis with the caption “I love hamburger!”
- Your mod does not grant any DLC, existing in-game items, or bypass DRM in any way.
- Your mod does not aim to recreate publicly announced features or DLC, or create proxies of existing features and DLC.
- Your mod must ensure to not save any modded data onto Enzio-Ware’s servers. Please make sure a system is in place to prevent this. If your mod negatively impacts player’s saves, or our own servers, you may be responsible for financial damages. Maybe.
- Do not mod the game if the platform you are playing it on does not allow mods.
- You are allowed to stream your own gameplay of the game on websites such as youtube.com and twitch.tv under the following conditions:
- You cannot stream the game on television networks, even if the feed can be viewed on websites.
- Steaming other people’s gameplay may require a license
- We may ask you to stop streaming if we believe your stream to promote hateful views including racism, homophobia, transphobia, religious intolerance, etc. You must comply in this scenario
- The game is not to be streamed as part of any sort of virtual arcade or cloud gaming service.
- The game cannot be streamed to further the campaign of any political party.
- Streams of your gameplay must be publicly viewable throughout the duration they are live and cannot be paywalled.
- If streamed on Discord, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, as long as there is not a paywall to join the stream itself, you may stream the game without the publicly viewable requirement.
- You are allowed to post your own screenshots, clips, and gameplay (User Generated Content) of Enzio-Ware on social media websites under the following conditions
- You may not post the above on websites that use your content for AI training. On websites such as X (formerly Twitter) that use your content for training, if you do not opt out, you must opt out of AI training before posting.
- If a service you have posted User Generated Content begins using your posts for AI training, you are expected to remove your post immediately or opt-out if it is an option.
- We may ask you to remove your post if we believe your stream to promote hateful views including racism, homophobia, transphobia, religious intolerance, etc. You must comply in this scenario
- You may not post the above on websites that use your content for AI training. On websites such as X (formerly Twitter) that use your content for training, if you do not opt out, you must opt out of AI training before posting.
- You agree to not upload pornagraphic, graphic, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise bigoted content to Enzio-Ware’s servers. Doing so may result in a ban and you will not be entitled to a refund.
