This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Types of Data Collected and Usage

User Inputted data

While using Our Service, you will be asked to input information such as a username, tagline, or profile picture. The username stated above is different than the username you may use to sign into Unity Account Services, or any other account services we may offer, it is merely a display name you can set to whatever you’d like.

Usage: 

This information is stored on our Unity Cloud servers and will be publicly shared with other players via leaderboards, and other online features. This data may be features in trailers or social media posts for Enzio-Ware or any other games/services operated or owned by Team PLC Games.

Your user-inputted data may be used by Team PLC Games to help with improving the game, such as bug-fixes, customer support, and adjustments to the online experience. As your user inputted data is visible to other players of Enzio-Ware, this data may appear in social media posts, streams, etc. Players are allowed to stream/post their gameplay footage and screenshots when following the game’s terms of service, please be aware of this.

We do not store data such as IP.

Game Save Data

Your game’s save data is stored on our Unity Cloud servers. This includes general progression, items collected, leaderboard scores, balance, etc.

Usage: 

Your save data is stored so that you can access it on a new device. It may be used by Team PLC Games to aid in developing new features in Enzio-Ware or other games owned/operated by Team PLC Games. It will not be shared or sold to any 3rd party without your consent.

Usage Data

The game stores your last login time and date on our Unity Cloud servers whenever you log in to the game. Additionally, an account identification token is generated when you connect to the game.

Usage: 

Your last login date is used to determine whether your local or online save is newer. It may also be used by support for the sake of identification. Your account identification token may also be used by support to help with identifying your account.

This information is private between you and Team PLC Games. It will not be shared or sold to any 3rd party without your consent.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

You can overwrite your User Inputted Data within Enzio-Ware as long as the servers are live. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
